In search for some cold weather and the perfect place to celebrate Kat's birthday, a group of 12 of her close friends and I packed up and spend the weekend up in Washington. There's something about seeing orange trees and actually being COLD that I absolutely love. We spent our first day being tourists walking around Pikes Place Market, drinking good ass coffee and taking cheesy pics at the gum wall, and then headed over to Gas Works park to see the city skyline.
We had dinner at DERU, go there go there go there, and plz get a slice of pumpkin cake for me. Even though we were all freezing at that point of the night, Michaela's community chai tea and body heat kept us warm.
Seattle, you're so beautiful!
